Are you ready to raise the level of teaching and learning at Iowa?

The Innovations in Teaching with Technology Awards (ITTA) provide funding for innovative and results-oriented learning technology projects that raise the level of teaching and learning at UI and have the potential to directly impact student success and retention.

The Academic Technology Advisory Committee (ATAC) seeks to support innovative and meritorious faculty driven projects to help identify new academic technologies to be investigated and piloted and, if found desirable, provided to the University.

Since 2001, ATAC has awarded over $1.8 million to instructors from across the UI campus.

Thinking About Applying?

If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please review the Proposal Guidelines for the Innovations in Teaching with Technology Awards and proposals that were awarded funding in prior years.

Applicants are encouraged to contact the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology for assistance in determining whether their idea for a proposal is suitable for ITTA funding.

See the awardees for FY23.
