Office of Head Start OHS is interested in applicants with demonstrated knowledge of the importance of the ongoing professional development of the early care and education workforce, including the significance of culture and language, family and community, health equity and access, mental health, cognitive and social emotional development, and general school readiness as well as the value of how management and policy influences early care and education field. Additionally, applicants would be expected to describe a detailed applicant recruitment and selection process and selected candidate onboarding process with OHS. OHS is also interested in applicants with the demonstrated capacity to manage travel logistics, meeting management, and the coordination of training and professional development opportunities.
