The priority areas include (1) juvenile justice; (2) foster care/child welfare; (3) caregivers; (4) expectant and parenting youth; (5) youth with disabilities; (6) youth access to and experience with sexual health care; and (7) youth engagement.
Within the selected priority area, awardees and their network will explore, develop, test, refine, and evaluate many types of innovative interventions to improve optimal health, prevent teen pregnancy, and address sexually transmitted infections/diseases; they will widely disseminate throughout the project period interventions that are effective.
