Innovation Grants – Letter of Intent, Deadline: November 4, 2019
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) seeks game-changing proposals to substantially advance childhood cancer treatments and cures. ALSF’s Innovation Grant provides seed funding for hypothesis-driven research to develop novel and promising ideas. Letters of intent (LOIs) are competitively reviewed. The award is $125,000 annually for two years. View guidelines.  

 Epidemiology Grants – Deadline: December 16, 2019
Funding allows investigators to pursue research studies in human populations, using epidemiological approaches, in order to significantly contribute to the understanding of childhood cancers. Hypothesis-driven research may focus on risk factors, early detection, prevention, effectiveness and treatment outcomes of pediatric cancers. The award is $100,000 annually for two years.  Young Investigator Grants – Deadline: December 16, 2019
This mentored, career development award is designed to support early career researchers striving to develop independent careers in pediatric oncology research. Eligibility includes clinical fellows during training through the first 3 years of instructor positions. Other applicants must be within 5 years of the last doctoral degree. The award is $50,000 annually for three years. View guidelines.
