The Boston Scientific Medical Student Innovation Fellowship Award supports current or matriculating medical students from racial and ethnic backgrounds underrepresented in urologic research who would like to invest one year during medical school to engage in innovative research training under a mentor urologist and gain exposure to research in the field of urology.

One award is available for a project starting in July 2024. The Urology Care Foundation will provide a $20,000 stipend to the awardee, with the host institution matching the Foundation’s funds, for a total stipend of $40,000 to support participation in the program. Applications open January 2024.
