The purpose of this Notice is to conduct high quality public health research and surveillance activities that support the government of Bangladesh and other partners to better detect, prevent, and respond to disease threats. Projects may be quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods epidemiological studies, laboratory-based studies, or other types of research projects focus on:
• Characterizing priority diseases in Bangladesh,
• Determining most effective implementation approaches and interventions, and
• Measuring impact of public health efforts
All research projects should be conducted in partnership with the Government of Bangladesh.
