The NOFO purpose will be accomplished through two components:

• Component A: Epidemiology of Lupus Among Adults, using population registries to study adult lupus patients.
• Component B: Epidemiology of Lupus in the Pediatric Population, using an existing cohort of pediatric lupus patients to study and advance existing knowledge of lupus in pediatric populations.
