The Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation is accepting large mini-grant applications through October 1, 2019.

Large mini grants range from $3,501 - $25,000 and are intended to:

• Support projects such as workshops or conferences related to oral health
• Support short-term oral health projects of up to one-year duration such as a survey, data collection, or a research study
• Support outreach projects that improve access to care such as care coordination, supplies, transportation costs, incentives, and equipment
• Combine with funding from other sources.
