U.S.-ASEAN Smart Cities Partnership (USASCP) Water-Smart Exchanges (WiSE) program will pair cities in the ASEAN Smart Cities Network (ASCN), water districts, and utilities with counterparts in the United States to expand the adoption of new technologies and innovative approaches to modernize and improve the management of water resources in order to improve water quality and to strengthen water security, sustainability and resiliency.

The "Forest Finance and Investment Incubator" Program, a cooperative agreement that will spur private sector financing of national and sub-national climate strategies. The Forest Finance and Investment Incubator program will utilize existing strategies and developing country frameworks to assess readiness for the development of concrete financial investment plans for forests and other landscapes. These investment plans will lead to the identification of mechanisms for investment from the U.S. forestry and agriculture sectors that mobilize financial resources for downstream forest activities and projects.
