Dept. of State DOS solicitations generally limit the number of applications that may go forward in response to a specific solicitation.

U.S. Embassy Yerevan will accept proposals on a rolling basis throughout the year and will review proposals on a biannual basis subject to the availability of funds, on/around: June 1 and December 1, 2021.  
Public Affairs Section PAS Yerevan invites proposals for projects that strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation between the United States and Armenia through programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation. All projects must include an American cultural element, or connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.
