National Oceanographic Partnership Program NOPP 2018 Broad Agency Announcement

This BAA provides research opportunities for the following three topics:
1. CubeSat Sensors for Investigating Littoral Ocean and Atmosphere Dynamics;
2. Improved and Routine Production, Stewardship and Application of the Group for High Resolution Sea Surface Temperature (GHRSST) Data; and
3. In-situ Ocean Sensor Research and Technology Development

Team efforts are required. The teams must be comprised of at least two of the following three sectors:  Academia,  Industry (including Non-Governmental Organizations - NGOs), and Government (including Tribal, State and Local) All businesses both small and large are encouraged to submit proposals and compete for funding consideration.
