The Office of Naval Research (ONR), ONR Global, and the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab MCWL are interested in receiving proposals for Long-Range Science and Technology (S&T) Projects which offer potential for advancement and improvement of Navy and Marine Corps operations. This announcement replaces N00014-18-S-B001 dated September 29, 2017.

Focus areas for MCWL experimentation include: Expeditionary Logistics; Interoperable Command and Control (C2) Systems; C2 Afloat or the Naval Tactical Grid; Communications and Networking; Lightening the Load of Equipment and the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF); Counter Improvised Explosive Device IED - Mine Detection Technologies; Persistent Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR); Urban Operations; Amphibious Operations Enablers; Precision Fires technologies that increase range and accuracy and counter adversary unmanned systems - air/ground/sea drones; Cyberspace Operations to exploit enemy networks; Electronic Warfare; Information Operations; Simulation, Training & Human Performance; Medical Technologies: casualty shelter and transport, health assessment devices, blood storage, body temperature regulation, mobile power, mobile medical life support; Counter Shooter/Counter Surveillance; Friendly Force Signature Management and identification.
