This Broad Agency Announcement will support the data collection on the movement of goods as authorized in the 49 U.S.C. Section 6302.  BTS implements this mandate in two stages: the data collected by the Commodity Flow Survey (CFS) and then the final product, the Freight Analysis Framework (FAF).
