The UIowa Office of the Vice President for Research asks prospective University of Iowa applicants to limited Dept of State programs to email as soon as possible a one-page abstract of their proposal with a link to the program of interest to Ann Knudson ann-knudson@uiowa.edu   at UI International Programs Grants Administrator, with a cc to Cheryl Ridgeway cheryl-a-ridgeway@uiowa.edu in the UI Office of the Vice President for Research OVPR. Please send this email at least 30 days in advance of the deadline.  If more than two abstracts are received, an internal review will be conducted to select the applicants to submit on behalf of the University of Iowa. 

CSO announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for public opinion research addressing inter-communal conflict and other drivers of political instability in Ethiopia. The goal of this project is to produce high-quality survey data that speaks specifically to the CSO priority of addressing political instability in Ethiopia, an important regional security and economic partner of the United States.
