This announcement describes a technology area, entitled ”Fundamental Research Towards Expeditionary Warfare & Weapons,” under the N00014-24-S-B001, Long Range Broad Agency Announcement for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology which can be found on the Funding Opportunities and Announcements page.

Three topics will receive funding:

1. Enabling Magnetics for Ultra-Wide Bandgap (UWBG) Power Electronics
2. Theoretical Foundations and Limitations of Predicting, Deceiving, and Disrupting Artificial Intelligence Algorithms in Perception/Action Loops
3. Lifting body dynamics under influence of 2- & 3-D unsteady ground effect

Although not required, white papers are strongly encouraged for all offerors seeking funding. White papers are due Dec. 15, 2023.
