The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) # 58822011 is to solicit applications that will enable the Iowa Department of Public Health to select the most qualified applicant to provide evaluation of the programs and projects administered within the Bureau of Nutrition and Physical Activity (BNPA), including: The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed), state childhood obesity prevention, and the Iowa Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) .
