We invite scientists to participate in Cycle 3 of the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) Observing, Archival, and Theoretical Research. We anticipate allocating up to 5,000 hours in this cycle. The Cycle 3 allocations are subject to adjustment based on proposal pressure.
