The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects to address the potential negative human rights and labor rights impacts of international mega-sporting events.

Please send this email at least 30 days in advance of the deadline.  If multiple abstracts to a given solicitation are received, an internal review will be conducted to select the applicant to submit on behalf of the University of Iowa.
