 Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD) investments in space technology research at U.S. universities promote the continued leadership of our universities as an international symbol of the country's scientific innovation, engineering creativity, and technological skill.

The following topics are anticipated for the final appendix:

• Topic 1 – Development of Lightweight Solar Sail Attitude Control Technologies
• Topic 2 – Hibernation and Recovery of Solar-Powered Systems for Lunar Missions
• Topic 3 – Tailorable Composite Design Concepts towards Dimensionally Stable Structures
