In August of 2020, Microsoft announced it would be discontinuing its support of Internet Explorer (IE) 11 by August 17, 2021. As a result of that announcement, eRA is phasing out the use of IE for all eRA systems due to security concerns.  By July 19, 2021, eRA systems will no longer be available when using the IE browser.

Please switch to one of the other supported browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari (and Microsoft Edge once IE is phased out), when using eRA systems (see eRA’s Browser Compatibility statement  https://era.nih.gov/help-tutorials/browser-compatibility-ext.htm ).
