Rapid Education on Drug-Drug Interactions in COVID-19 Outpatient Treatmenthttps://cdn.pfizer.com/pfizercom/2022-12/GMG_2023-HOS-US_RapidEducationo...

Through this RFP it is our intent to support rapidly developed and deployed educational programs that address potential knowledge gaps related to drugdrug interactions (DDIs) in COVID-19 outpatient treatment and are designed to help achieve the following goals:

• Improve ability to assess patients for potential DDIs prior to treatment

• Increase confidence with managing DDIs (monitoring parameters, dose adjustments, therapy adjustments, etc.) and potential adverse events

• Increase awareness of tools available to manage DDIs for outpatient COVID-19 therapeutics”

• Increase awareness of national COVID-19 treatment guidelines (e.g., NIH, IDSA, etc.) for COVID-19 in non-hospitalized patients All activity types will be considered, though activities that can be developed and launched rapidly while still conforming to all applicable standards and accreditation guidelines will be prioritized. This includes applications to repurpose existing educational resources into easy-to-use and easy-to-access delivery formats (e.g., mobile apps.) We will also consider applications to update existing education or training resources with the most current 3 2 Rapid Education on Drug-Drug Interactions in COVID-19 Outpatient Treatment information and data.

Through this RFP it is our intent to support educational programs for both HCPs and patients that address knowledge gaps in identifying obesity as a high-risk factor for developing severe COVID-19 outcomes, including hospitalization or death, and are designed to help achieve the following goals:

• Increase awareness of the impact obesity has on the severity and complications of COVID-19

• Increase understanding of the association between metabolic syndrome and severe COVID-19 outcomes All activity types will be considered and may include educational resources for HCPs, for patients, or for both.
