The purpose of this Request for Solution (RFS) is to provide opportunities to America’s DataHub Consortium (ADC) members and other interested organizations with projects that will support the strategic objectives of the National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics (NCSES), specifically related to Privacy Preserving Technologies, Phase 1 - Environmental Scan.

Privacy Preserving Technologies (PPT) Phase 1 Project Synopsis
The Government is seeking a compilation of pilots and projects currently testing or implementing privacy preserving technologies throughout government, academia, and the private sector.

Data Protection Toolkit (DPT) Project Synopsis
The Government is interested in conducting a use case analysis of the Federal Committee on Statistical Methodology's Data Protection Toolkit located at https://nces.ed.gov/fcsm/dpt/.

The Government anticipates there will be a single award for each project. Membership in ADC is not required for submission. However, if chosen, the selected organization must join ADC.
