Note: The UIowa OVPR&ED asks prospective University of Iowa applicants to limited ECA programs to email a one-page abstract of their proposal with a link to the program of interest to Ann Knudson ann-knudson@uiowa.edu(link sends e-mail)  UI International Programs Grants Administrator, with a cc to  Marta Gomez marta-gomez@uiowa.edu  in the UI Office of the Vice President for Research, as soon as possible, but at least 30 days in advance of the deadline.  If multiple abstracts to a given solicitation are received, an internal review will be conducted to select the applicant to submit on behalf of the University of Iowa.
