FWW Research Awards are one-time, non-recurring grants of $25,000. Only one application per principal investigator (PI). There is no limit to the number of applications from any one medical institution/organization. FWW does not fund sociological research. If you have questions about our funding priorities please review past awardees before contacting us.

Research should be related to one of FWW’s priority areas:

• Cardiovascular disease
• Leading female cancers
• Role of hormones in disease and stage-of-life health concerns
• Diseases or health concerns that disproportionately affect women
• Exploration of gender differences related to the aforementioned topics
