Goal/Intent:
To rapidly flight test promising technologies for space exploration, scientific discovery, and the expansion of space commerce in relevant environments using currently available U.S. commercial suborbital rockets, rocket-powered lander vehicles, highaltitude balloons, and aircraft following reduced-gravity flight profiles, as well as orbital platforms hosting payloads

Proposal Submission & Selection Process:
The two-step selection process involves independent peer review, programmatic considerations, and review by NASA officials:

• Mandatory Preliminary Proposals (MPP) must be completed by all proposers
• Full Proposals will be by invitation only, based on MPP Review
