Wellmark will offer funding through the Matching Assets to Community Health MATCH Grant program for projects that make it easy to eat health and engage in physical activity. The Wellmark Foundation seeks to create communities that support healthy lifestyles.

Grant focus areas: 
(1) Access to and the consumption of healthy foods; 
(2) Safe environments to be physically active.
MATCH requirement: dollar-for-dollar, at least one-half of that must be cash.

Large MATCH (Requests up to $100,000) deadline Feb.  17, 2021.
Small MATCH (Requests up to $25,000) deadline May 26, 2021.
